Why?
It had been a source of frustration that there was no Excel based CRM solution
available - as far as we could see. So we thought we would have a go to put something
together.
There are plenty of CRM solutions out there, and we join this long list. But
on price, function and ease of use - we reckon its a pretty compelling option.
